Guys , I am in need of help on powers, matrices, algebraic signs and parallel lines. Since I am a novice to Remedial Algebra, I really want to learn the fundamentals of College Algebra completely. Can anyone suggest the best place from where I can start reading the fundamental principles ? I have an exam next week.

I do understand what your problem is, but if you could explain in greater detail the areas in which you are facing struggling, then I might be in a better position to help you out . Anyhow I have some advice for you, try Algebrator. It can solve a wide variety of questions, and it can do so within minutes. And that’s not it , it also gives a detailed stepbystep description of how it arrived at a particular answer. That way you don’t just find a solution to your problem but also get to understand how to go about solving it. I found this program to be particularly useful for solving questions on calculator/solver for trigonometric identities. But that’s just my experience, I’m sure it’ll be good for other topics as well.

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring device but it offers solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this product is that it is very user friendly. There are a lot of demos given under various topics which are quite helpful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math.
