If you can be explicit about best algebra program, I could provide help to solve the math problem. If you don’t want to pay for a algebra tutor, the next best option would be a correct software program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebrator is the best I have come across which will elucidate every step to any algebra problem that you may copy from your book. You can simply write it down as your homework . This Algebrator should be used to learn math rather than for copying answers for assignments.

Algebrator beyond doubt is a great piece of algebra software. I remember having problems with multiplying matrices, scientific notation and geometry. By typing in the problem from workbook and merely clicking Solve would give step by step solution to the math problem. It has been of great help through several Algebra 2, Algebra 2 and College Algebra. I seriously recommend the program.

Algebrator is a very simple software and is certainly worth a try. You will also find several interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math much more enjoyable.
