Hi! We just started doing a new chapter in algebra regarding on line maths test year 9 and I did well for most homeworks we got but the latest one my professor gave really complicated so I'd appreciate if somebody will teach me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my math teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried answering it but still can’t get it right. I can’t finish it with ease unlike the other assignments. I had no trouble answering my past homeworks but this particular homework with specific topic of syntehtic division gives me a hard time just figuring out how to start . I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if someone help me in explaining the steps and how to solve it in a systematic and clear way.
Sounds like your concepts are not strong. Mastering in on line maths test year 9 requires that your concepts be concrete. I know students who actually start teaching juniors in their first year. Why don’t you try Algebrator? I am pretty sure, this program will help you.
Algebrator is a nice thing. I have used it a lot. I tried solving the questions myself, at least once before using the software. If I couldn’t solve the question then I used the software to give me the detailed answer . I then used to compare both the answers and correct my errors .
I remember having often faced problems with hypotenuse-leg similarity, radicals and perpendicular lines. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Algebra 2 and Basic Math. I greatly recommend the program.
