Hello there I have almost taken the decision to hire a algebra tutor , because I've been having a lot of problems with algebra homework lately . each time when I come home from school I spend all the afternoon with my math homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the incorrect answers. However I'm also not completely sure if a math tutor is worth it, since it's not cheap , and who knows, maybe it's not even that good . Does anyone know anything about teaching solving equations easy in algebra 2 that can help me? Or maybe some explanations about distance of points, angle complements or linear equations? Any ideas will be valued. |

I could help if you can be more specific and give more details about teaching solving equations easy in algebra 2. A proper program would be best option rather than a math tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far found . It solves any math problem from your book . It also shows all the steps (of the solution). You can just reproduce as your homework assignment. However, you should use it to learn algebra, and simply not use it to copy answers. |

I checked out a number of software programs before I decided on Algebrator. This was the most suited for matrices, interval notation and radicals. It was effortless to key in the problem. Instead of simply giving the solution, it took me through all the steps explaining all the way until it arrived at the answer . By the time, I reached the answer I learnt how to go about it on my own . I used the program for unraveling my problems in Intermediate algebra, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 1 in algebra . Do you suppose that you will like to try this out? |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Basic Math, Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with sum of cubes, ratios and difference of cubes. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program. |
